Auto Service Tools Limited (AST) are designers and manufacturers of specialised service tools for the

automotive and aerospace industry.

AST now in its 17th year was founded in 1990 as an amalgamation of Dawson Engineering Limited, which operated as a sub-contract Precision Engineering Company, and Auto Service Tools which was a Marketing Company.

Utilising state of the art technology, AST has steadily developed a unique and innovative range of specialised
products for use by professional automotive technicians. The company has recently moved to new larger
premises to allow it to further expand its business in both the UK and export markets.

AST socket range is designed with “Anti slip” enabling a better grip on the fastener whilst reducing the stress on the socket.

All extension have knurling on shaft for easy fastener starting

All extensions are size marked and carry the AST logo. (A true sign of quality!)
